Manufacturing Defects:

If you encounter a product with manufacturing defects, kindly inform us promptly. Email info@farookht.com within 24 hours of receiving the item, specifying the issue. We will replace the faulty item with a similar product.

Return Process for Manufacturing Defects & Exchange:

• Notification: Notify us via email at info@farookht.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods, explaining the manufacturing defect.
• Verification: Our customer support team will review your case and guide you through the verification process.
• Replacement: Once the manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will arrange for the replacement of the item with a new one of the same product.

Logistics Cost:

The logistics cost and arrangement for returning the defective item or exchange to our facility will be the customer's responsibility. In appreciation of your cooperation, we will reimburse the logistics cost. The reimbursement will be processed via your preferred payment gateway within 10 days of receiving the defective item.

• Ready Stock Rugs: Delivered within 3–7 business days.

• Delivery Made-to-Order or Out-of-Stock Items:

  • Hand Tufted Rugs within 12–18 business days.

  • Hand Knotted Rugs within 20-30+ (Low Quality) and 20-45+ (High Quality) business days.

  • Hand Woven Rugs within 12-20 business days.

  • Jute Rugs (Braided) within 3-8 business days.

  • Jute Rugs (Hand Woven) within 12-20 business days.

• You’ll receive tracking updates once your order is dispatched.

Order Processing and Dispatch:

Our rugs are made to order, ensuring the highest quality. With a standard lead time of upto 20-30+ days for production, we understand that creating the best rugs takes time. However, you can always reach out to us for updates and to inquire about expediting the production process. Our goal is to respond to you as soon as possible.

During high-demand periods, such as sales, there may be a delivery delay of 15-25 days.

Delays & Exceptions

• Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, weather issues, or public holidays.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Shipping Costs and Hidden Charges:

Listed prices include shipping charges, duties, and taxes except International Order and Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order weight, varying for international delivery. In case of non-delivery due to user error (e.g., incorrect name, address, or contact number), additional charges for re-delivery will be claimed.

Customs Duty, Taxes, and Delivery Charges:

Customers are responsible for paying duties or taxes imposed during customs or importing goods into their country. Farookht does not cover Duties or Taxes for international shipping. Any additional delivery charges resulting from address changes post-dispatch are the customer's responsibility.

Other Important Details:

• Farookht is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to uncontrollable factors like flood, fire, wars, acts of God, or any force majeure.
• Shipment/delivery time begins from the day payment is confirmed.
• Users must provide accurate information to prevent delays or loss of merchandise.
• Farookht reserves the right to validate user details, rejecting registrations with inaccurate information.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

• Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate.

• If a package is returned due to incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, re-shipping fees may apply.
